James works alongside management teams to turn plans into results. He leads 100-day plans, operational improvement and board oversight, with a practical focus on growth and margins. He sits on the boards of the firm's portfolio companies.
Finance Director & CFO
Priya oversees the firm's finance function and valuations. She leads capital structuring and debt financing on new investments, and brings rigour and discipline to every transaction the firm completes.
Director, Legal, Risk & Compliance
Daniel leads legal, risk and compliance. He oversees transaction structuring and shareholder and sale agreements, working closely with external counsel to protect founders, the firm and its portfolio companies.
Director, Relationships & Partnerships
Charlotte leads the firm's relationships with advisers, introducers and co-investment partners, and oversees how the firm communicates with founders and the wider market.
Director, Governance & Investment Committee
Tristan sits on the Investment Committee and brings an operator's view to governance. He has founded, scaled and exited several companies, including helping grow Ethique into a global brand, and serves as an independent director across New Zealand, Australia and international markets.
