The Situation
A second-generation spirits producer approaching a planned succession. The family wanted to preserve the house style, the long-serving team, and the regional identity that customers had come to expect. A trade sale would likely have erased all three.
The Partnership
We structured a succession partnership that allowed the family to step back over time while keeping a meaningful economic and cultural stake. The operating team carried forward, and we resisted the temptation to rebrand or reformulate.
